About The Fund

This is a $500K minimum personal commitment by Chude Jideonwo — gradually deployed as the fund managers identify investible creators and ventures.

It is an investment not a grant, structured to enable high-impact African creators and ventures build sustainable businesses. The fund will continue to grow as individual and institutional investors join the investment club - creating more resources to invest in potentially high-impact digital creators and ventures.

The investment is focused on storytellers and creators who create on digital platforms, with a focus on subscription, community and streaming revenue. There are no specific metrics for reach or revenue potential. Each investment will be assessed on its specific merits.

The founders/creators are also able to take advantage of our flexible investment approach - ranging from hands-off investment to active support depending on what works best per investment. Pitches will continue to be received on a rolling basis and only successful pitches will be contacted.

Recommendations for great digital creators are also welcome. Investments will be structured based on the specifics of each business including licence rights, equity investment and IP rights.
